Meet The Craftsman:
I’m a Bristol-based guitar tech with a background in woodworking and product design. I work on a wide range of instruments, including Fender, Gibson, Ibanez, and more—alongside vintage oddities, acoustics, and custom builds. My work covers everything from setups and repairs to hardware modification and low-voltage electronics. You can explore examples of past projects on my Gallery page.

How I work:
I work from a dedicated bench setup that combines traditional luthiery tools with modern measurement and electronic equipment. From precision setup and fretwork tools to soldering, wiring, and diagnostic gear, each job is approached with accuracy and attention to detail.
My workspace also includes shaping and finishing equipment — from hand tools to rotary tools, as well as larger equipment such as a router and jigsaw — allowing for custom engraving, modification, and more involved structural work when needed.
Alongside repair work, I spend a lot of time experimenting—testing ideas, refining techniques, and exploring less conventional approaches to instrument design and modification.
